On this site you can see what native plants are being recommended for landscape use, look up botanical terms, read about plants and plant communities, and discover botanically interesting places to visit. NameThatPlant.net currently features 2366 plants and 1497 of those are pictured (7783 photos). The scientific names of 1015 plants are pronounced.
